Our dream of building an attractive, unique and continually evolving hotel has quickly found positive resonance in the media and we have subsequently received numerous ratings of “very good.” As early as November 2007, the Varta Guide (“Varta-Führer”) named us, out of a pool of 20,000 establishments, its “hotel of the week.” In August 2008, the online portal hotel.de recommended us to 1.2 million of their clients as being an especially “unique hotel.”
Around the same time, hotel reviews began to proliferate online. Each guest, who had booked online, was able to designate a score of 1 through 10 to their accommodation, with 10 being the highest. Thanks to our satisfied customers, our average scores, after 300 reviews, are currently 8.6 (HRS), 8.7 (hotel.de) and up to 9.0 (Bookings). For this we would like to express our sincerest thanks! We have also seen positive developments on numerous other review and recommendation portals, such as TripAdvisor and Qype.
On December 16th, 2009, we were awarded the certificate of quality from “ServiceQualität Deutschland.” ServiceQualität Deutschland is a three level, commercial, quality management review system for service providers within the tourism industry, with the purpose of improving and developing service quality.
